Due to the perishable nature of our products, Threes Brewing cannot accept returns on beer or food items once they have left our facility. If you experience an issue with the quality of your order or receive damaged merchandise, please follow the steps below for a resolution.

Return Process

    Take clear photos of any damaged packaging, broken seals, or incorrect items immediately upon delivery to help us process your claim.

    Contact Support

    Email our team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and the photos of the affected products.

  • 3.
    Review Process

    Our quality assurance team will review your submission and determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate based on the specific circumstances.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will ship out replacement items at no additional cost or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
