Sidenote - Lime & Ginger (Hard Seltzer)

Hey, guess what? This is not a beer.

Since Day One, our portfolio has been brewer-driven, and Sidenote is no exception to that rule. Ben on our brew team had been making kombucha at home and while experimenting with seltzer discovered he could use hops in the bubble water to make it more like beer, but less heavy. His tinkering sparked a surprising dialogue between the brewers, who all warmed to the idea. 

We used high quality ingredients like organic lime and ginger and paid meticulous attention to technique in crafting this product. The inclusion of hops builds a bridge between beer and something else, and the result is a refreshing, yet restrained hard seltzer. Yet you’re able to taste the fruit in a distinct way.
