Super aromatic and intensely fruit forward, the latest entry into our single-hop IPA lineup showcases Galaxy hops from The Land Down Under. In terms of pure fruit juice expression, we consider Galaxy on par with Strata. Its high oil content amplifies aroma, flavor, and imparts the pillowy mouthfeel that makes this beer super soft. Big notes of pineapple, papaya, melon, and citrus shine brightly, without being held back by traces of pine or spice. The tasting notes are candy-focused because, well... that's what it tastes like.
