The only beer in our portfolio single-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, commonly referred to as Nelson, referring to the region in New Zealand it hails from (and its shared origin with Sauvignon Blanc wine grapes). Nelson is starkly different from most new world hops- its big tasting note is white wine, which is what differentiates this IPA from others in our portfolio. It serves up tropical notes of lychee and mango to fresh crushed gooseberries and spicy black pepper.
